I am a gifted and intuitive healer and teacher that has been working in the spiritual field since 2004 when I was first initiated into Reiki by Brian McCullen, Healer & Teacher. Over the course of my healing journey I have been guided to study:

• Reiki (Master Level)
• Seichem
• Meditation
• Advanced Crystal Healing 

I have an ability not only to channel gentle but powerful healing energy, but to help others awaken this ability in themselves. I am passionate about my work and feel that my life’s purpose is in assisting people to help them discover their own innate healing and spiritual abilities. As a Reiki Master I teach Reiki 1, 2 and 3 on a regular basis throughout the year and provide on going support to my students.

I have completed a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Certificate course in Children and Adolescent Counselling. Both courses are invaluable to my healing work. In July 2020 I completed a 4 year Person Centred Art Psychotherapy degree. Using art in the counselling room (where appropriate) is also an invaluable asset to my work and helps my clients to gently express feelings and thoughts through the use of art. No art experience is necessary.

I have completed a Certificate in Teaching Meditation as well as a Professional Certificate in the Therapeutic use of Mindfulness.

I am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I am also ASIST trained (for suicide intervention).
